Is it possible to purchase one license of Pro and use that single license on my work PC and my personal PC?

No.

One SlideDog license is valid for one computer. However, you can deactivate your license from the “License” top menu and then reactivate it on another PC.

Do you offer a volume discount?

Yes we do. When you buy two or more copies of SlideDog, you are eligible to receive volume pricing.

Volume discounts for SlideDog Pro “per-computer” licenses:

1 : $99 USD
2 – 9 : $89 USD
10 – 19: $79 USD
20 – 49: $69 USD
50 and up: $59 USD

How much does SlideDog cost?

One license of SlideDog Pro costs $99 USD and include a year’s worth of updates and priority support. After one year, your license will be automatically renewed unless you opt out of the yearly subscription plan.

Volume discounts are also available.

How long does my license last for?

Your license is valid for a year from the date you purchased it, or for as long as you choose to continue your subscription.

For example, if you purchase your license on August 23, 2019, and then cancel your annual subscription within a year, you’ll get regular updates of SlideDog until August 23, 2020.

If you don’t cancel your subscription you will keep getting regular updates as long as your subscription is active.

We are a Norwegian based company, but we are selling SlideDog through FastSpring (BRIGHT MARKET LLC), our payment processor. FastSpring (which is a US company) will be the vendor in the transaction and their company information will be on your invoice.

What is the VAT ID field in the SlideDog Store?

The VAT ID is only relevant for corporate customers within the EU. The VAT ID consists of two letters identifying the country, and the country-specific number of digits. Enter your VAT ID in accordance with your country-specific format. If this does not apply to you, or you are an individual, leave the VAT ID field empty.

I need an invoice, where can I request it?

If you purchased SlideDog via our own store, you will have received an invoice to the email you entered when purchasing. Search your inbox for “Your Order: SlideDog” (with quotes) and you should find one or more emails with your order ID(s), starting with the letters “PRE” followed by three sets of numbers separated by dashes (example: PRE111111-2222-33333). The emails will contain a link to your invoice for your initial SlideDog purchase or re-bill.

Once you have your Order ID you can access the invoice by visiting:

Do you offer refunds?

If you’ve changed your mind, and you no longer wish to use SlideDog, we can offer a full refund within 30 days of you purchasing SlideDog. Simply contact support and provide us with:

  • The Order ID from the purchase you would like to have refunded. This is a code starting with “PRE” that you’ll find at the top of your invoice.
  • The last four figures of the Credit Card you used for purchasing. If you didn’t use CC or if you used PayPal, please let us know the date of the purchase.

After we have received this information, a member of our customer support staff will be able to help you. Once your refund is issued it can take between 3-10 working days (depending on the payment method you used at checkout) for the refund to be credited to your account.

Can I transfer my SlideDog Pro licence from one PC to another?

Yes.

To do this you must first deactivate the license on the computer you wish to remove it from. This can be accomplished in four small steps:

  1. Start SlideDog
  2. Click on the “License” top menu item
  3. Click “Deactivate License”
  4. Click “Continue” When the “License Deactivation” dialog box appears

SlideDog is now reverted to the free version and you can activate your license on another computer.

Will I receive free upgrades and premium support as a Pro user?

Yes.

You will receive free upgrades and premium support (guaranteed answer from our support team) as long as your subscription period is active. If you do not renew your license after the subscription period, you can still keep using the Free version.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription of SlideDog you must click the link contained in the email you received when you first made your order. This link is also found in each of the renewal notification emails.

Search your inbox for “SlideDog Pro License” and you should find at least one mail. The link you need to click to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription looks like this: https://sites.fastspring.com/preseria/order/s/PREXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXXXX

Where do I enter my SlideDog Pro license key?

You’ll need to be connected to the Internet when activating your license key.

Follow these steps to get started with SlideDog Pro:

  1. Start SlideDog.
  2. Click “Upgrade to Pro” from the “License” top menu
  3. Copy and paste your license key into the license field and click “Register License”

How do I order the Pro version of SlideDog?

You can order a Pro license by visiting the SlideDog store.

Your payment will be processed immediately and you’ll receive your license key by e-mail within a couple of minutes.
