What software do I need to run SlideDog?

SlideDog runs best on Windows 7 and later. If you are using Windows 7 or Windows 8 and plan on using the two-screen mode in SlideDog, you should enable “Aero”: How to enable Aero on Windows 7.

If you want to use certain file types in SlideDog, you need to have the correct viewers installed. You can get viewers for all file types supported by SlideDog for free:

• Office PowerPoint 2013, 2016, 2019 or PowerPoint Viewer 2010 for PowerPoints
• Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat for PDFs
• Google Chrome for Web pages

SlideDog also requires the following runtimes/frameworks (that the installer will try to detect and download) installed on your machine:

• Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x86) runtime
• NET 4.6 Framework
